Richard,

Don't know if it is THE Bruce Sterling, but
why not. He is a leading SF-writer in the
States and The Glass Bees is SF of very
high quality.

Haven't seen the book yet, so I can't tell.

Thank's for the tip of the two translations
from _The Adventurous Heart_, will try to
get copies.

This book is one of EJs best but unfortunately
not so much in demand. Possibly the latest
work on that book is by Switzerland's Norbert Staub,=20
_Wagnis ohne Welt. Ernst Juengers Schrift "Das
abenteuerliche Herz un ihr Kontext_, Wuerzburg:
Koenigshausen&Neumann, 2000, 359 p., price DM
78.00.

Not everybody likes his interpretations. Too much
speculation and Staub does not exactly seem to=20
be an admirer of EJ. I think the diss was presented
in 1998 in Zuerich with Professor Peter von Matt (don't
know about him) as tutor.

With best wishes

Bertil
