Ernst Jünger in an Interview with E. Bittermann in 1985:

J: "Die Sache scheint zu einer Auseinandersetzung zwischen Oekonomie und
Oekologie auszuarten."

B: "Dann müssten die Grünen Sie doch als Ihren Guru entdecken"

J: "Ja, aber dann würde ich wieder Gefahr laufen, von einer neuen Gruppe
vereinnahmt zu werden. Uebrigens: Ich bin nicht rechts und ich bin nicht
links. Aber schon gar nicht bin ich in der Mitte!"
