mailing list archive - EJ in WW1 CD-Rom

Dear Tobias,

In your mail dated Saturday 17 November 2001 relating to Gunther =
Martens's
quote search, you mentioned a CD-Rom dealing with EJ in WW1 and =
published in
France. As my German is poor (I know it's a pity, but I think that EJ's
books translation into French are not so bad), I am not sure to have
understand if this CD-Rom has already been published or is about to be
published. Please can you provide more info about it.

I am not a newcomer in the list, but I did not write before. I am a =
French
lawyer with great interest in EJ, especially in his 1914-1945 period. =
Three
years ago, I wrote an article (still unpublished) making a comparison
between French writers and intellectual's experience of the Great War =
(Jean
Paulhan, Blaise Cendrars, Jean Giono, Marc Bloch, Georges Bernanos, =
etc...
and, of course, Drieu la Rochelle) and EJ's one. Dani=E8le =
Beltran-Vidal seems
to have some difficulties to insert it in her remarkable "Carnets EJ". =
I am
currently working with Fran=E7ois Poncet in relation with the edition =
of EJ's
works in the Pl=E9iade.

Regards

Fr=E9d=E9ric Saffroy

PS: John, thank you very much to give access to your PhD work via the =
web
site. You really did a great job, brillant. Is there any legal reasons =
why
there are no more pictures nor maps in the new web site?
