Wait a minute.  Now I see what you mean:  ne + vovlekanye.  It is
Slavic:  non + attraction.  But this would mean "unattractiveness" more
than it would mean "unattractedness."

Another possibility is the word used by the Bolsheviks to attack
intellectuals who did not show the proper enthusiasm for their programs:
"otorvannost'" --non-rootedness.  As in the phrase "rootless
cosmopolitans," etc. used to attack Jews.
