HI there, FAZ is short for Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, which is the foremost "conservative" paper in Grmany known for it's layout that is the exact opposite from USA Today. (It's neartly all print...) You can find a little bit about it at http://www.faz.de TAZ ist short for "Die Tageszeitung" and is a leftish-alternative newspaper founded in the late Seventies. Thy carry a halo of leftist self-righteousness which makes it rather impossible for me to read it, even though it's a lot more in my political line than the FAZ. You find them at http://www.taz.de WamS btw is Welt am Sonntag is the sunday edition of the Welt, a Springer-newspaper that wants to be taken serious (that's what you call a paradox I guess) and is IMHOpretty unreadable as well. HEimo Schwilk works for them though... -> http://www.welt.de/ That's my admittedly rather biased view of things... Greeting to you barbarians ;-) from a hun Olaf
