Guenter, hope your ask is serious, otherwise I will be in the middle 
of a joke between Umberto and you- and that would be a ridiculous,

Phillip K. Dick is(was) an american sci-fi, "and something more", 
novelist.
Original, with genial details, inconsistent and chaotic most of 
times, I think is a writer to re-discover. Very influenced by the 
sixties, especially by its pharmakological side, he widely 
experimented with LSD and other drugs.
His sights of the inner of insane  minds, as related in Flow my 
tears, said the policeman, A Look into Darkness and other books, 
are impressive and thrilling. But sure Umberto will give you more 
and better information.
