administration of list

Justt to let you know that the move to the pairlist solution is
scheduled
for some time in February. 

The reason for the move is that my Oxford Uni user account (and the right
to run a mailing list from the Oxford Uni systems) runs out in March.

I will provide full details nearer the time. I would hope to move as many
of you as possible automatically using some basic scripting.
