Yes, Roberto, it is possible for the U.S. government
to censor the internet to its ends.

They can do it quite simply by putting 'filters' in the 
installation software or else pass laws against those 
sites that are too 'graphic' or 'incite race hatred' etc..

Initially it would be with difficulty, but gradually the 
government would attain its goals of censoring any
information that might bestir the public.

Remember this and remember it again:
