Yes, but to let it open ot others you should open a mailing list.  If I send a message 
to you it won't be received by other people who could be interested.  Anyway, 
Chinese war-lords were not a great example of democracy.

I have no intention to start a mailing list
on this subject. I am too busy preparing to take
part in the information project in Sweden on victims of
communism during the 20th century.

There probably already is a list on
the subject anyway. I still cannot
understand what Chinese war-lords
have to´do with totalitarian
ideologies. They fought for their own
benefit. And please produce figures
for loss of life under the war-lords.
