What do list members think of the idea of putting in a guest book on the "Ernst Jünger in Cyberspace" page? A guest book would be good idea. Or, indeed, a "bulletin board" in which discussion could be carried on in a more public sphere, such that interested parties have an idea of what takes place on the mailing list before joining it, or where important news could be posted? A bulletin board in addition to the list would be a good idea. Please don't replace the beloved list with a public bulletin board !!! If you could make the list viewable but require enrollment before contributions are possible, that would be ideal - I'm unaware of all the technical possibilities. Obviously any alterations that have the effect of making the list more accessible to exactly the kind of irrelevant rubbish that came in yesterday would be a mistake. If I get really clever at programming (!) I will see about making the bibliography searchable, something I've been wanting to do for ages. Excellent idea.
