an idea struck me this morning whilst running in the park: seeing the problems that we all seem to be experiencing in finding certain passages in Juenger's Werke, like on Rimbaud, Conrad or the Titans, so you all reckon it would be possible if we all collaborated on setting up an index that could be run on John Website for example or might even be printed in a small edition? If we all took 2 or 3 of the 18 Saemtliche Werke Volumes and went through them, then put it all together, it wouldn't be too much work for each of us and we would all profit from it greatly IMHO. What do you out there think? I'd volunteer for the original "Strahlungen" (Band II and III, I think) as I'm going to reread that soon anyway. We would have to add things like "Die Schere" and "Prognosen" too and might even think about translations and differrent editions sometime in the future? Olaf, Very good idea but as you mention it is not enough with 'Saemtliche Werke" to make it complete. Also I think 2 to 3 volumes per person is maybe too much. If it is possible to find 18 collaborators it would, in my opinion, be better. Also I think for instance a work by EJ like _Die Zwille_ is not of any greater interest to index. Think maybe it would be better to start, for instance, with all diaries. Best wishes from the North. Bertil Haggman
