Dear Bertil,

;-) It's not a dumb question at all. Mark did that index for his own research and says himself that it is not complete. And if you take a look at the length
of it you'll realize that there probably is a lot missing. We could off course say, well, that's good enough for us, but I don't know. Take a look and tell
me what you think...  We should use it a a basis anyroad.
