Hello out there, as happens with all my so-called "good ideas" (including the saxophone home rehearsal noise reduction bag and the disposable toothbrush ;-) somebody else has had it before. I have just received a mail by a friend, who is the eminent authority on FGJ BTW (hello Froggle), which I will simply quote: "Ich weisz nicht, ob Dir schon bekannt ist, dasz in nicht allzuferner Zeit bei Rombach in Freiburg von Tobias Wimbauer ein (ziemlich) umfassender Register zu allen, wiederhole: allen Tagebuechern EJ's erscheinen wird, incl. Reisetagebuecher. Er hat bis zu neun, wiederhole: neun Ausgaben parallel gelesen und erfaszt Namen, Zitate und, wo's geht, auch verdeckte Zitate. Ich stehe mit ihm in Verbindung, er hat das schon letztes Jahr fertiggehabt, bis dato aber vergeblich nach einem Druckkostenzuschusz gesucht hatte; den hat er jetzt wohl." So we won't have to do it after all, we'll just buy it in a shop near you soon, apparently. Thank you for your interest and your will to cooperate nonetheless, maybe we can think of another project.
