Junger in English

Hello list,

According to amazon.com, the below Junger in English can (maybe) be had via 
their out-of-print booksearch. Has anyone actually seen any of the three books 
below in English? If yes, does anyone know where I can purchase same? My guess 
is these books never actually appeared, but I'd like to be sure. Thanks in 
advance for any information!
