Hi Bertil,

thank you for the information and the offer(I may take you up on it,
although I'm going to have one more look here at the library to see if I
can track down a copy of it).

As for Juenger's response to "Operation Allied Force"-I think he would
have shared the opinion of Carl Schmitt, at least on the question of a
lasting peace and "nomos" for the region and its peoples(which has to be
the goal of all parties involved in the conflict): "justissima tellus".
