COMMUNIQUE FROM THE COLLECTIVE
NO TO THE WAR!
One has to bow to facts : the NATO's bombardment of Yugoslavia is a failure.
A milatary failure for a large part of serbian forces is left untouched and
the allies refuse the eventuality of an attack on the Yugoslavian soil.

A psychological failure, because the Serbs are massivly relying to Milosevic
and the public opinion begins to doubt of the validity of the NATO's
agression.

A humanitarian failure, since the air raids are striking the serb civilians
(one thousand deaths according to Russian sources) and provoque in answer a
bursting out of violence against the Kosovo population who are in turn its
victims.

A political and diplomatic failure since Europe finds itself split in two
which obviously is only to serve American interests.

The call "Europeans want peace" from the "Collective No to the War" receives
every hour the signatures of new personalities, and every day those of
thousands of citizens.
