Not exactly Juenger but ... I am interested in Walter Flex ('Der Wanderer
zwischen beiden Weltern' etc) and, having only limited German, am having a
hard time.
Flex died on the Russian front in WW1. Can anyone tell me if at any time
he served on the Western Front? And who is Martin Flex, who provides the
Nachwort to 'Wanderer'? Did he write the poem with which the book ends?
