I'm sorry, I didn't know that something so obvious was already copyrighted
by someone.

You have the tendency to reduce people and things to just one aspect. I
never said that I'm *solely* interested in the entomological aspect in
Juenger's work and my contributions to this list over the years show that my
interests in Juenger are quite far-reaching. You know that very well. I hate
to say this, Bertil, but it's difficult conversing with you as you're
deliberately misreading me.

You're also, at least sometimes, reducing Juenger to the aspects you like:
You present him as some sort of geopolitical strategist, which is ok, I'm
not saying you can't do that. However, by doing so you create the impression
that Juenger was somehow in the pro-Western camp, which I'm afraid he
wasn't. You also completely leave out the more mystical aspects in Juenger's
work - concepts like "Erdrevolution" (earth's revolution),
"Erdvergeistigung" (spiritualization of the earth) or "Weissung"
(whiteout) - which are absolutely key to understand the late Juenger.

But that's your fault, not mine -- because you have been absent from this
list for a longer period of time (as you yourself admitted in a posting just
a couple of weeks ago).

Anyway, I think we should stop our little controversy here -- the other
listmembers are already yawning.
