The human, that represents the Gestalt is the worker. J=FCnger adduces the overman as its pre-form. =20 J=FCnger starts by discerning his notion of the worker from the bourgeois notion. In a situation where the old is not real anymore, and the new hardly= visible, the imperative of the Gestalt, the totality of its domination needs to be shown =20 in its destroying effect on the bourgeois, which he seems to take as Nietzsche's last man. Insofar I think one can say, as Heidegger does, that the Worker exercices active nihilism, destroying all passive nihilism or romanticism. J=FCnger speaks of a 'field of destruction', on which have perished the bourgeois, the pre-1914 nation-state, Christendom, Vernunft, faith in progress, etc. That decision has already been made, also when their notions are still at work. Amidst total mobilization, everything is destroyed (as it was), and only the Gestalt remains and gets stronger. Now, how does the Gestalt as 'resting being', 'substance' relate to what seems to be its opposite: total mobilization? By a combination of will and representation. How? By technique.
