For anyone interested: www.juenger.org/newsite/ Currently only the biography section has had the make over, and the rest is empty, so no complaints about broken links please. The site is essentially the same as the old one in terms of content for the time being. Known issues: 1 - I'm not entirely convinced about the resizing of the pop-up picture windows (they currently resize after the picture has loaded) 2 - the hyperlink roll-over style sheet isn't quite right in IE 5. (Works fine in Opera) 3 - yes, it does not bad in Netscape 4.x. That's because Netscape 4.x is, erm, not very good and far from standards compliant. 4 - JPEG artifacts on some of the photos. The photos have been much reduced in file-size as they were far larger than needed or were in an unsuitable file format (eg gif files for photos). As I have not rescanned the printed photos, there has been a certain loss of quality. But, on the whole the site is xhtml compliant (I believe - I'll be testing it out), uses style sheets extensively and is much better put together. Regards, John
