The nearly complete new site is now available.

Known issues:
        link hovers under IE still not working.
        empty search page. I will need to reconfigure htdig to index
        the new pages. At the same time I will also update the local mail
	archives to be indexed and thus searchable

Any comments to me. I'll take it "live" very soon - the old site really
doesn't bear looking at any more. Typos, horrible HTML, a look and feel
from the last century (literally ;-).
