To be honest, due to the very informal nature of this list I wasn't aware that I would "publish" and therefore infringe on copyrights when I posted Evola's letter. Legally speaking, I was of course. My apologies for that. However, I definitely didn't intend any harm and am sorry that my carelessness ultimately created such confusion (with Tobias Wimbauer being blamed instead of me). A remark re. the "Benutzungsordnung" of the Marbach archives. I recall having signed that. However, I transcribed (and not photocopied) the Evola letter at a time when the internet as we know it didn't exist yet and the notebook I was carrying with me back then wasn't made of polycarbonate and silicone but of paper ...
