Affirmative. To be honest, due to the very informal
nature of this list I wasn't aware that I would
"publish" and therefore infringe on copyrights when I
posted Evola's letter. Legally speaking, I was of
course. My apologies for that. However, I definitely
didn't intend any harm and am sorry that my
carelessness ultimately created such confusion (with
Tobias Wimbauer being blamed instead of me).

A remark re. the "Benutzungsordnung" of the Marbach
archives. I recall having signed that. However, I
transcribed (and not photocopied) the Evola letter at
a time when the internet as we know it didn't exist
yet and the notebook I was carrying with me back then
wasn't made of polycarbonate and silicone but of paper
...

Again my apologies & best regards,
Richard Brem
