Greetings everyone, I think, as Bertil has continued to threaten us with a
discussion of the World State, I will post something that answers this
thread very well. E.G.,. Writes the conclusion of the cold war right in its
midst. Der Weltstaat was published in 1960 and remains pertinent today.
Again almost prophetic in its prognosis. The issue here is the striving of
both sides for domination. Despite the "Goodness" of one side and the
"evilness" of the other EJ recognized that their paths were the same. But
I'll let Jünger say it as he is far more eloquent than I could ever be.

I think this makes a position clear that has been avoided both here
(amerika) and over there (Europe). That is, that it all has a drive toward
certain unification regardless of the side taken. It is left for us to make
sense of what has happened and how to respond. One thing remains clear the
"cold war" is over, and the world state has arrived in one form or another.
We can argue about the forms:-).
With my best regards and appreciation.
