The info is to be found in the old mailing list archive on www.juenger.org
by running a search on "Waldgang". Although the look and feel of the search
site is straight out of the box htdig, the functionality is useful and a lot
of relevant information has passed through the mailing list - as well of
course as lots of flames and other oddities, so I would encourage everyone
to have a look around.

I am aware of an English translation entitled "The Retreat into the Forest",

but it only contains extracts from "Der Waldgang".  It appeared in the 
journal "Confluence".  I forget the volume number and year, but John should 
know.  He passed the information about this on to me in the first place!
