Perhaps the CD you are referring to is "Nachtrag zu 'Autor und Autorschaft'"=

 It was published by Erker (St. Gallen, Switzerland) in 1994.  It is, I=20
believe, a limited edition, with all copies signed by EJ.  I managed to find=

mine through Antiquariat Richard Hu=DFlein.  An internet search might reveal=

whether he has any more.
