Hello,

The only translation of FGJ into English that I know of is _The Failure
of Technology: Perfection Without Purpose_.  The original German title
was Die Perfektion der Technik, but I guess they suspected us
English-speaking readers wouldn't see the irony.  It was published in
1949 by Henry Regnery Company.  I found a couple of used copies a while
back, so I don't think it is entirely impossible to find, although you
may have to spend some time looking.
