See Einstein’s views on religion and science, or Goethe’s for that matter. These men, like EJ, have a firm belief in the divine, and I think that is the point here that is worth looking at. “Skepsis” with regards to myth and religion have to pass. Being skeptical is a part of the Enlightenment which in turn made the advent of the Titans once again possible. Free translation: “One who (now or once again) speaks of the gods, is not so out of the question as during the first half of our Century or as with the Elites since Voltaire. These two hundred years represent only a minute period, in comparison with the time that the gods and the demons were honoured.” So beyond this one must see clearly that for EJ these elements of the unseen are real, otherwise he would not speak of them. Which is the same for me. It is a greater reality which has a hard way finding it way into limited thoughts and words. Therefore the story of Lazarus though not provable in a Scientific sense has a meaning even beyond hope, it has its own greater reality as do all stories of this nature. Remember it is only during the enlightenment and after that the word myth became associated with fantasy. Greetings from Thueringen Abdalbarr
